With Commanders Act, Promod uses digital technology to benefit its stores

Promod is a French women’s fashion brand that manages 11 e-commerce sites and 652 stores in 29 countries. The brand is intimately involved in omnichannel marketing every day, and its main challenge is generating online traffic to boost revenue in its stores.

As a result, Promod needs to track customer conversions from the stores and thereby manage its audiences as part of a real omnichannel strategy.

Promod has launched a major project based on the Commanders Act CDP (Customer Data Platform).
